3.How do I contact a Representative?

4.Where can I test ride a Specialized Bike?

Most electric bike shops (and pedal cycle shops with a sideline in e-bikes) will allow you to call in for a test ride. Some places don’t mind if you walk in off the street while others prefer you to book ahead – call us at our designated International offices.

5.How do I update my account information?

We at eZeebike care about our customer’s privacy, and that is the reason when you buy a eZeebike you need to do Two Factor authentication. Firstly, please give your full details like your Full Name, Email address, Contact number, and address to your dealer. Then, send us the same details to enquiry@ezeebike.com, so that eZeebike International will also have a copy of your details for future warrantee purposes. Please do remember to ask your dealer on your eZeebike registration code.

6.Why should I register my bike?

This is to ensure you have a full International Warrantee from eZeebike International.

7.How do I register my bike?

Refer to your favorite Dealers, they will assist you on your ezeebike registration.

8.Do you do Home Delivery?

Please refer to your favorite Dealers, they will assist you on your ezeebike delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.

9.How does Home Delivery work?

Refer to your favorite Dealers, they will assist you on your ezeebike delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply where necessary.
